Very quaint restaurant with a chic vibe . The culinary team on deck know a thing or two about food .. speaking as a chef myself. My colleagues were treated well by the bartender. I would have given this place 5 stars but there was an incident with the “fresh oyster “ .. come on guys you can’t through all your hard work away by not doing something as simple as checking your shellfish tags and giving each one a visual look over .. when in doubt throw it out . One of our oysters was very cloudy and starting to turn . I was a little embarrassed because I was the one who recommended the place to my colleagues and of course you know chefs ., they gave me a hard time for the rest of the week.To be fair people shouldn’t order fresh oysters early in the week because chances are they are flown in fresh Friday morning for weekend service specifically because that’s when smart people order fresh seafood.I digress and still stand by my word this is a great place with great people.. just keep on eye on all details otherwise you guys got it on lockdown.
My husband and I started going here last year as a date night occasionally. We have never had such good food, it’s the type of food that you smile while you’re eating it, because it is so good. We recommend it to everyone and simply at this point has topped everywhere else we had as regulars on the list. It’s a little more than having sushi but it’s worth the money every time.
My wife and I dined at Vine and Olive. We enjoyed the tapas menu. We ordered the Acorn Squash frites and the Caesar Salad and paired it with a 2021 Barolo. A nice vibe environment.
Vine & Olive has been on my list to try for over a year and we finally made it in for date night. They serve beer & wine, no cocktails. But, no problem! I got a wine flight and really enjoyed it. I hope they keep this option on the menu.We started with the Caesar and daily bread. The miso butter served with the bread was amazing! I would’ve eaten twice the amount they gave us. For my entree I ordered the porcini agnolotti with a side of red snapper. The house made pasta was delicious. My husband ordered the ribeye with duck fat potatoes and really enjoyed it.The lighting was a little too dim for our preference, but service was great!
LOVE Vine & Olive!! A staple in my restaurant rotation, frequenting at least once a week. The service is always exceptional, the atmosphere is elevated and elegant, the food unique for our area, and the wine is always amazing. The owner and operator, Naomi, sets the standard for wine selection in our area and I am never disappointed in anything she suggests for us. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Dani, Katie, Patty and Michelle have all been there for years which is very telling for an establishment and industry with so many employment options. We love taking friends here from out of town and they always love the experience! 10/10 recommend
Vine & OliveKim & Danielle thank you. I have to say that I absolutely loved my beet kale salad, it had the thinnest slices of celery that I have ever eaten in my entire life. I love the salad dressing.I WOULD RECOMMEND
We stumbled onto this amazing restaurant for lunch. The food was wonderful and they have cider on tap! Try the acorn squash frites, a unique and tasty find. The service and atmosphere was great. Thank you Lindsay! Can't wait to try the dinner menu soon.
Excellent food. The chef here is awesome. Everything we ordered was perfectly done... Scallops, steak, pork, and all the starters were excellent. Service was also attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend.
